Steps for Preparing the Perfect Cup of Ceremonial Cacao
People have been making ceremonial Cacao for centuries, and in that time, we've perfected all the methods by which you can prepare it.
Here are some of our favourites:

The Blender Method
Step 1
Heat up your choice of plant-based milk or filtered water, but make sure not to boil it. Pour the liquid into the blender.
Step 2
Add as much Cacao as your heart desires.
(Most use around 1 – 2 scoops).
Step 3
Add your choice of organic spices. Our favourite is a blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Step 4
Add sweetener to taste. Organic maple syrup or honey is our go-to.
Step 5
Blend the ingredients until they reach a thick and creamy consistency. (Around 30 seconds).

The Stove Top Method
Step 1
Heat up a pot containing around 80 mL of filtered water.
Step 2
Add your desired amount of Cacao to the water as it slowly heats up.
Step 3
Whisk the Cacao into a paste-like consistency.
Step 4
Add the remainder of your water or plant-based milk to the paste, along with your desired amount of organic sweetener, spices, or Celtic salt.
